Touching photo of a bride and her dog will make you tear up
Your wedding day is the most beautiful, yet most stressful day of your life. There are so many things that could go wrong with all your careful planning, and brides cannot help but to feel an overwhelming sensation of excitement, happiness and anxiety on this day. For Valerie Parrott, this is not the best combination of feelings. You see, she is a woman who suffers from panic attacks, anxiety and migraines so severely that she requires the help of a service dog. Thankfully, her dog Bella, a beautiful yellow lab, has become her best friend since she received her to help her through her health issues. Bella is trained as a certified therapy dog that has been taught to recognize when Valerie&rsquo-s heart rate increases.
When this occurs, the dog is right there to help calm her by offering her comfort. The difference this dog has made in Valerie&rsquo-s life is astounding, and it&rsquo-s why Bella is her best friend. When Valerie recently married her other best friend, she had Bella right there by her side. When Maddie Peschong, photographer from Mad Photo and Design, was hired to take photos of Valerie&rsquo-s wedding day, she had no idea that she would capture a moment so special and so heartfelt as the image above.
The newly married Valerie is not at all shocked that her wedding photo went viral not long after she said &ldquo-I Do,&rdquo- because she feels as if all dogs are special to their owners whether they are official therapy dogs or not. Her relationship with Bella is not only one that is helpful to her and her health, but also close to her heart. For that reason, she wouldn&rsquo-t have had her wedding any other way. We think that even if her dog was not a certified therapy dog, she would still have had her best friend at her wedding.
